- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been going here for 15 yrs. I'm usually happy. This time Jamie filed my taxes wrong so instead of direct deposit, they are mailing a check. Then he says," sorry bud, there's nothing I can do." He tried to say it was a software issue. Like I'm an idiot. Then he filed repairs in the wrong area and triggered an audit.
